Signing up only takes a few minutes. The whole signup process is done via the Ago app. Follow the instructions to upload your Driver’s License and fill out the simple questions.
Once approved, making a reservation is easy and free, and if you cancel the reservation at least 24 hours before your reservation’s scheduled start you won’t pay anything. When you make a weekly reservation, you will be charged a partial payment to reserve the vehicle. This payment will go towards the total cost of the vehicle, it is not a deposit.
Ago is designed to be affordable and customizable to your driving behavior. For our hourly programs we charge rates as low as $259 per week, $58 per day or $4 per hour. Our pricing is very unique to you! It’s based on past driving history and you also have the ability to lower your price overtime, the longer you are with us and the safer you drive!

There is no deposit for Ago rentals. Instead, for weekly rentals customers will be asked to prepay part of their reservation. There is no additional deposit collected.
As long as you drive safely, lawfully, abide by the terms of service and return the car clean, re-fueled, and on-time, you’ll be good.
When you reserve a car, you will be charged the full amount of the rental plus tax before you can start your reservation.
As a car-sharing service, the vehicle needs to be ready for the next customer, so we do assess fees for poor community behavior, such as late or dirty returns, or traffic citations that we must process. You can see a full list of fees in our Terms.
Ago accepts all major credit, debit and prepaid cards! Yes, you read that correctly...we do accept prepaid cards!
At a minimum, all Ago vehicles are covered by liability insurance, which covers damages up to $1,000,000 to other vehicles, property and parties in the event of an at-fault accident. This insurance does not cover the cost of your own medical expenses in the event of an accident – to ensure you are covered in the event of this situation, please consult your personal medical policy and/or personal auto insurance policy.
In instances where you are operating the vehicle illegally (suspended license, under the influence, etc.), in a manner not allowed by the Terms of Service, or with negligence, you will bear the full cost of damage to Ago vehicles as well as any damage to third parties not covered by the vehicle’s insurance policy.
If you are involved in an incident with a vehicle, a damage fee of up to
$1,000 may apply.
In cases of theft or loss, a Driver may be held responsible for the entire
cost of recovery or replacement. Drivers are not responsible for normal wear
and tear on the vehicle. For more details, please see the Terms of Service.

Ago features a variety of Chevrolet vehicles. You have the option to rent a sedan or a SUV, all of which are certified for Uber and delivery services. All our vehicles are regularly cleaned and maintained to factory standards by certified mechanics. When you make a reservation, you’ll be able to see the specific vehicles available in your area.
All you need to use Ago is your smartphone and the Ago app, we do not use
physical keys! Just walk up to the car and activate your reservation with
your smartphone to get going. Using the app, you can make reservations and
unlock or lock your vehicle...all without having to pick up a key.
We support most iOS and Android devices.
When renting with Ago, you can make hourly, daily, or weekly rentals. You are in control of the vehicle, so you only spend for time that you need. There is no maximum for rental length. For long reservations, you will be asked to complete routine maintenance at one of our preferred vendor locations.
Extending your rental is easy and can be managed using the Ago app. All you need to do is open your app and choose how long you want to extend the reservation.
With Ago there is no waiting at the rental counter and crazy paperwork to fill out. Return the vehicle to its pickup location, take a couple pictures of the vehicle in the Ago app and that’s it.
Ago rentals include free miles, insurance, maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance and 24/7 customer support.
For hourly rentals, each rental comes with 200 free miles per day and 1400 miles per week. There may be an extra charge for use above this.
